Please be aware that brands may not be able to ship to certain countries due to international incidents out-with our control, please email us if you are in doubt. Depending on the postal or courier service used, tracked & signed services are not always available to all European and International destinations.


Customs & import duty may be added to orders from international or non EU members states and is out with our control.


Delivery times can be delayed by customs regulations. Delivery times are an estimate only and will sometimes vary depending on your order.


If for any reason you change your mind about an item you can return it for an exchange or refund. We are happy to accept returns if you notify us within 14 days of your order delivery, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to the brand. The items must be unused, unworn and undamaged or in the condition you received them. We will ask the brand you purchased from to carry out inspections on any item that is returned within the 28 days of you receiving your order. If anything is returned damaged, in an unsellable condition or not in the condition you received it then we reserve the right to decline the return. Items are returned at your own cost unless faulty on delivery.

Reasons for an item failing inspection include but are not limited to:

  • Makeup stains
  • Antiperspirant stains
  • False tan stains
  • Food & beverage stain
  • Obvious signs of use
  • Protective hygiene seal removed

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on certain made to order & bespoke items, earrings, underwear, swimwear and some lingerie due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods and may not be entitled to a refund or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please be aware that initial postage costs will not be refunded unless items are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon receipt. If your item is damaged on delivery, please email us at within 7 days.

How to return an item to us

Please do not send any items back to us without an RMA number to ensure items are not lost or misplaced. You can use our automated system to create a return request here.

Returns Address

Once you have submitted your returns request and received your RMA instructions, we will provide you with the correct address to return your items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service when returning items.
